Come live at the Franklin Street Coop! One room will be available August 1st
in our large cooperative house in Allston, across the river from Harvard
Square (5 min biking), steps away from the 66, 86, 70, 70A, and 64 bus
lines, and not far from the red and green lines.
We are seven women and men (20s to 40s) and a little girl. We share food,
chores, delicious weekly house dinners, music, grocery shopping, random
talents, haircuts, house meetings, a farm share, gardening, art &
radical-to-progressive politics in a responsible, respectful, &
communicative environment.
Reasonable rent ($444.44) + share of food and utilities, which ends up being
about $775/month.
The house has plenty of communal space.
Among us are working folks, graduate students, activists, feminists, yogis,
cyclists, secularists, Chicanas, Jews, Christians, Unitarian Universalists,
queers, non-queers, professors, music makers, artists, Palestinians, cooks &
bakers who live together in a supportive and playful community. Who are you?
Please send us an email at franklin.street.coop at gmail.com describing
yourself and what attracts you to cooperative living.
