[BCN] Room available in JP not-quite-co-op

This is not a formal coop. However, we all have experience living in
housing co-ops (Centre Street, Millstone, and Seed Pod) in Boston, and
would like to find a roommate with interest in cooperative living.  We'd
be a great place for someone who is too busy to be home for dinner on
weeknights, but wants to live communally.  Thanks,

We are 3 people (couple and one other person) and two dogs. All of us
