[BCN] Former cooper seeks roommate

Hi all,

Former long-time cooper and future cohouser in her 40s, considerate, friendly, reasonably quiet, clean, N/S, N/D, gay-friendly, is seeking a similarly wonderful roommate for a first floor 2 BR in East Watertown for August - March or shorter. I’m interested in living with someone who wants to live in a home, not just a room with someone who shares rent.

The place: light, airy, nicely renovated space. Space for a little living and dining furniture. Available BR is spacious (10’5” x 13’ 9”). Nice HW floors. Storage space, W/D in basement. Parking off-street, yard.

On quiet street in a two-family, close to 70, 70A, 71 buses—fast commute to Harvard Square T and Central Square. Near shopping and the Pike (but not too near).

I’m a university professional; outside work I’m involved in progressive political activities, working musician, spend time with friends, etc. Often out a couple of evenings a week.

The rent is $575 + utilities (gas heat, electric). Sadly, allergies prevent me from living with cats or dogs.
