[BCN] ideas re meeting

Hey,
I like this idea, that everyone at the meeting
would be there as a Member--thus equal, in
Membership.
However, Jeff's original proposal was a forum
where we could question a Board-member or two.
A middle path might be, that during open
discussions, any Member could participate, as a
Member--but, when we're *working* on something,
then Directors and Managers should be
excluded--unless specifically invited AS
Directors and Managers.
Also, upon further thought, I wonder if we
might be able to draft a list of questions
*on-line* through emails--so that we won't need
to spend meeting-time on it.
Some people don't write very easily, which is
why I originally proposed we do it when we're
together--but, we could try doing it online.
In which case, our meeting might look something
like this:
[Agenda B:]
Introductions 20 minutes
Overview (Jeff) 10
Answers to Our Questions 20
(Directors, General Manager)
Followup Questions & Answers 10
General Discussion 30
[Directors & GM depart]
Strategy Discussion 20
Plan Another Meeting? 5
Evaluation 5
-----
2 hrs
Any thoughts on Agenda A -vs- Agenda B?
