[BCN] ideas re meeting

The agenda looks good to me. I'd feel more comfortable with the idea that we wouldn't invite Board members or staff as such, that is, to represent those roles, but if they want to come as members of Harvest we wouldn't exclude them either.

  All,
I'm thinking that maybe we shouldn't invite
Board-members to our first meeting, but rather
should use part of our meeting to draw up a list
of questions--then invite a Board-Member or two,
and maybe also the General-Manager, to our
*second* meeting. That way, they'll know
beforehand what we want to know from them, so
they can prepare and won't feel ambushed.

I propose a first meeting something like this:

--introductions (20 minutes)

--overview (Jeff) (10m)

--discussion (45m)

--draft list of questions for Harvest (20m)

--name our group (10m)

--plan next meeting (10m)

--evaluation (5m)
-----
2 hrs

This would give us a change to meet each other,
and bounce thoughts around, without outsiders on
the hotseat.
It will also let us see what size meeting-space
we might need for our second, larger meeting.

What do you-all think?
