JP Coop Looking For 1 New Housemates

February 1st

We Are:
       4 people in their 20's and 1 sweet cat
       Queer/trans and queer/trans-friendly
       People who like to cook and eat good food (though expert cooking
skills are by no means expected or needed)
       Fun, clean, and respectful
       A co-op who shares chores, grocery shopping (once a month), and
cooking (once a week)
       Folks who care about the neighborhood and about anti-oppression work

You Are:
       Queer and trans friendly
       Likes (or tolerates) animals
       Fun, clean, and respectful
       Able to pay rent and bills on time
       Excited by living with other people and creating community, whatever
that may be

The Place
       Three-minute walk to Forest Hills T station and buses (including the
#39)
       One-minute walk to the beautiful Forest Hills Cemetery which is good
for walks, exercise, picnics, etc.
       Rent is $480 and utilities are around $50-$75, plus groceries around
$90
       The room is good size, with big windows and a closet
       The house is two stories with one bathroom, a living room, and eat-
in kitchen.  We also have a free washer and dryer and a small yard.
