Hi Buzz,
  Good timely points.
  My concern is that we can't force people to
become, nor exclude people who aren't spiritually
motivated.
  So I believe that among our core principles
must be respect for group process.
  The Counterculture was distrustful of formal
process.  Only when the Anti-Nuke affinity-groups
had to make nonhierarchical decisions during
actions, were formal steps for reaching Consensus
developed.
