[BCN] please unsubscribe me

Although I've been replying individually to these messages, a listwide
reminder is probably in order:

It is generally bad netiquette to email hundreds of people subscribed to
a list with an unsubscribe request. Anyone can unsubscribe themselves
simply by clicking the link at the bottom of every message to this list.
In addition, you get a monthly reminder on the first day of the month
with a link for unsubscribing.
