Hello All,

NASCO is currently seeking applications for three positions: Executive
Director, Director of Education and Training, and Director of Educational
Programs. Short summaries of the positions are below, and full job
descriptions are attached [sorry- I removed them to make the e-mail

Executive Director:
The Executive Director, in partnership with the Board of Directors and
Program Directors, is responsible for the organization's consistent
achievement of its mission/goals and will also have day-to-day
responsibility for program development and administration, communications,
personnel, volunteers, and budget/accounting. In addition, the
organization is evaluating the feasibility of moving the main office to a
major metropolitan area in the Midwest.

Cover letters and resumes due in February 28th, anticipated start date is
June 1st, 2007.

Director of Education and Training:
The Director of Education and Training is NASCO's Education Team Leader
and is responsible for developing and managing NASCO's education, training
and consulting programs. S/he has overall responsibility for planning and
coordination of the annual Cooperative Education and Training Institute
(CETI), Staff and Managers Conference, and Anti-Oppression Action Camp.
This position coordinates and supervises other staff and volunteers
working with the various programs, including full-time or part-time
Education Team staff members.

Director of Educational Programs:
The Director of Educational Programming is a part-time (about 30 hrs a
week), year-round position responsible for working in cooperation with the
Director of Education and Training to plan and coordinate NASCO's
educational programs, including the Cooperative Education and Training
Institute, the Anti-Oppression Action Camp, and the Staff and Manager's
Conference. The Director of Education and Programs is also responsible for
managing NASCO's internet-based member communications, including NASCO's
email list serves, online newsletter, and website. Position may be
increased to full-time, pending budget approval.
