Looking to renew a lease ASAP (for a second year) on a first floor 3  
bedroom apartment (in 2 family house) in Medford for September 1st/ 
15th or latest October 1st. Great kitchen, living room and all season  
porch we use as an office. Larger master bedroom available with big  
closet ($500). One established MIT grad already living there and one  
new international Tufts graduate student already moving in. 20 minute  
walk to Davis Sq (10 minutes from Powder House Sq/Tufts) or 10 min  
bus to Sullivan Sq; Close to 93N as well. On street parking. Bills  
average $100 each. Sorry dishwasher but no washer/dryer. Cat friendly.

Not to be too blunt, but will need you to do credit check  
immediately, OR have co-signer ready OR if you don't have a social  
security number/US credit history (aka not from US), must pay 12  
month's rent upfront.

I'm an easy going 31 yr old female tenant, who's doing a favor for  
the landlord by finding new roommates. I'm very busy (with work, grad  
school @ MIT, friends, family, volunteering), but like to chill when  
get time at home by cooking/baking (usually vegetarian friendly) and  
watching/laughing at bad tv. Include some details about you in your  
response, including favorite song, preferred drink, and percentage of  
free time spent in your room. I've lived with the same two women for  
over 4 years so I'm hoping to find easy going folks who are friendly  
and respect common areas and housemates' personal space. I'll want to  
meet you or at least talk on the phone first too.
