Hello, I am new on the list and wanted all to be aware of the Cooperative
Fund of New England (CFNE). CFNE is a community development loan fund that
provides loans to cooperatives and a socially responsible investment
opportunity to individuals and organizations.

We are looking for borrowers, investors, and a place to hold our October
19th launch of the Cooperative Capital Fund, a patient capital/equity-like
fund to help co-ops expand and start-up. The event will be 5-7 PM in the
Boston area. Save the date. We hope to bring together CFNE borrowers,
investors, and friends for the celebration.

Again, if your co-op needs a loan or if you or your organization has money

hello there! 
  i just graduated from a small liberal arts college and moved here mid-june
to be a nanny. i'm an english major, education minor and dabbled in lots of
environmental studies and arts classes. i am a vegetarian- have been for the
last 8 years. i love sitting on kitchen floors and having discussions while
drinking tea/coffee/wine. i do yoga, photography, ballet, pottery, hiking,
biking, and writing. i don't watch tv, but enjoy watching movies once in a
while (mostly obscure indie/foreign films). i would love to have the
opportunity to live in a co-op- i love the aspects of the sharing of food,
responsibilities and passions and the desire to make small changes in the
