Hello,

Please save the date 10/19/07 from 5-7PM  for the Cooperative Fund of New
England (CFNE) and the Cooperative Capital Fund.

The CFNE Coop Capital Fund (CCF) is a new fund that will provide patient
equity-like capital to cooperatives in New England. It is meant to augment
CFNE loans and its funds will act like equity without requiring co-ops to
give up control over their management and destiny as traditional venture
capital might.

I am excited to report that on the evening of  October 19th, Friday from 5-7
there will be a launch party for the new co-op capital fund. I would like to
invite you and ask that you save the date if you can. The place is to be
determined but it will be in the Boston area I just wanted to pass the word
and encourage you and anyone that you know in the Boston area to attend. We
are hoping to bring together CFNE borrowers, investors, friends, and
supporters.  We are encouraging folks to bring their own promotional
materials for distribution.

Please pass the word, send this reminder to anyone in your organization or
network that may be interested.
