We are a Quaker-sponsored community of twenty open to people of all
religious backgrounds.  We do not discriminate based on race, sex, creed,

people of all ages – our current residents range in age from 20s to 60s!

We share meals and household chores.  Our bi-monthly house meetings operate
via consensus-based decision-making.  Costs include housing, food,
provisions and all utilities and range from $776 -$854/month.
