[BCN] Looking for housemates

Hi, everyone,

The Red House, a Victorian house on Prospect Hill, Somerville, will 
have space available Jan. 1 for two housemates.

We would like to be a household of five, but currently we are just 
Ron and Karla (a couple), and Bob; and we are looking for another 
couple which should include at least one woman (so Karla doesn't feel 
too outnumbered). There's already one dog and one cat living here and 
they request no more pets, please. The house has a back yard where we 
do a little gardening, mostly herbs, and over the next few years we 
may expand this.

Our cellar is the pick-up point for the Somerville Food Cooperative 
and the Vangarden CSA.

The house has three stories and many shared common areas, including a 
kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as a guest room for 
anyone to make use of on the first floor, and several shared rooms on 
the second floor. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The bedroom available is on the second floor, is large and bright 
(with three windows) and has ample closet space for two people.

We share food and enjoy cooking for one another. We are hoping that 
with five adults here, each person can cook dinner  one night a week; 
we tend not to all be together for breakfasts and lunches.

We need $1,000.00/month as a contribution towards heat, utilities, 
and real estate taxes.
